    Returns and refunds are not allowed after delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by negligence on our part.

    In case of a return of damaged products, we request that you send a detailed email with photographs and an opening video to info@raaviyafashion.com within 2 days of receipt of the product. If the purchased product is not received back in its original condition, we have the right to refuse the exchange.

    Shipping cost for return product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.
